La Rose is a one-of-one Royal Customs automobile distinguished by sixty-eight, 1.2-carat, rubies, individually set in 18-carat gold and incorporated into its bespoke interior.

Conceived and handcrafted by Royal Customs in Dubai, the cabin brings together Mappa Burl wood, bespoke upholstery, fine gemstones and individually considered details. The rubies form part of the composition itself, introducing the language of fine jewellery into the world of bespoke automotive design.

With approximately 81.6 carats of rubies selected for the commission, La Rose required the stones to be considered not only individually, but collectively, for their color, consistency and relationship to one another within the finished interior.

Created before the establishment of The Atrium, La Rose would also mark an early chapter in Royal Customs' relationship with gemstones. What began with sourcing stones for bespoke automobiles would eventually develop into a broader pursuit of exceptional gemstones for collectors and jewellery enthusiasts, and ultimately become part of The Atrium Collection.

The automobile is now privately owned.
