While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of the information presented, details including availability, prices, specifications, dimensions, descriptions, provenance and other information may change or be corrected without notice.
Images and films are intended to represent pieces as accurately as possible; however, colors, textures and other characteristics may appear differently depending on photography, lighting and screen settings.
Availability, Prices & Acquisitions
Pieces presented as “Available” may be available for acquisition, subject to confirmation.
Prices displayed on this website are provided for information and remain subject to confirmation at the time of enquiry. Any approximate currency conversions are provided for reference only.
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to sell or purchase any artwork, automobile, gemstone, design object or other piece.
An enquiry made through WhatsApp, telephone, email or any other channel does not constitute a completed sale or reservation. An acquisition is confirmed separately between The Atrium Collection and the buyer.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping, insurance, customs duties, import taxes or other costs associated with delivery.
Descriptions & Individual Characteristics
The Atrium Collection brings together artworks, natural gemstones, bespoke automobiles and design objects, many of which are unique, handcrafted or made from natural materials.
Natural variations, inclusions, differences in color, grain, texture, finish and other individual characteristics may form part of the nature and character of a piece.
Descriptions and supporting information are prepared with reasonable care and may, where applicable, incorporate information supplied by creators, manufacturers, gemmological laboratories or other relevant third parties.
Certificates, reports or other documentation will be identified or provided where applicable.
Payment & Confirmation
Payment arrangements are agreed individually at the time of acquisition.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, acquisitions must be paid for in full before they are released for collection or delivery.
Additional terms may apply to bespoke commissions, specially sourced pieces or individual acquisitions and will be communicated where applicable
Shipping & Delivery
The Atrium Collection can arrange domestic and international delivery for acquisitions where appropriate.
Shipping arrangements and costs depend on the nature of the piece and its destination. Further information is available on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Customs duties, import taxes and other destination charges may apply to international deliveries and, unless otherwise agreed, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Cancellations
As acquisitions are arranged individually rather than through an online checkout, any cancellation or return will be considered according to the nature of the acquisition, the circumstances of the sale and applicable law.
Bespoke, commissioned, personalised or specially sourced pieces may be subject to separate cancellation or return conditions communicated at the time of acquisition.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All text, photographs, films, graphics, logos and other content published on this website are protected by copyright and remain the property of The Atrium Collection or their respective creators and rights holders unless otherwise stated.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, published or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The acquisition of a piece does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights or other intellectual-property rights relating to that piece unless expressly agreed in writing.

Personal information provided to The Atrium Collection is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, subject to any rights or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to These Terms
The Atrium Collection may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date of the most recent update will appear at the top of this page.
