The Atrium Collection can arrange delivery of acquisitions to destinations worldwide.
Shipping is considered individually according to the nature, value, dimensions and destination of each piece. Where appropriate, we work with specialist carriers and professional handlers to ensure that acquisitions are packed, handled and transported with the appropriate level of care.
Shipping Arrangements
Following an acquisition, The Atrium Collection can assist in arranging suitable transportation to the recipient’s nominated address.
Shipping costs are determined individually and may include packing, specialist handling, transportation and insurance where applicable. A shipping quotation will be provided for approval before dispatch.
Unless otherwise agreed, acquisitions must be paid for in full, together with any agreed shipping costs, before they are released for delivery.
Gemstones
Gemstones can be delivered internationally using secure, tracked services appropriate to the nature and value of each stone.
Where appropriate, specialist handling and transit insurance may be arranged. Shipping costs and arrangements will be confirmed prior to dispatch.
Artworks
Delivery of artworks is arranged according to the dimensions, materials, value and particular requirements of each work.
Professional packing, custom crating, specialist fine-art handling and dedicated transportation may be arranged where appropriate.
Automobiles
International delivery can be arranged for automobiles acquired through The Atrium Collection.
Transportation is considered individually according to the vehicle, destination and applicable import and export requirements. Depending on the destination and circumstances, transportation may be arranged by enclosed road carrier, air freight or sea freight.
Design Objects
Delivery of design objects is arranged according to the dimensions, materials, value and individual requirements of each piece.
Specialist packing, handling or transportation may be arranged where appropriate.
International Delivery, Duties & Taxes
International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping quotation.
Certain acquisitions may also be subject to export or import licences, permits, customs requirements or other restrictions. Where appropriate, The Atrium Collection can assist in coordinating the necessary shipping arrangements and available documentation.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary according to the nature of the acquisition, its destination, the selected carrier and any customs, export or import formalities that may be required.
An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided once the shipping arrangements have been confirmed.
Collection from The Atrium
Acquisitions may also be collected from The Atrium in Dubai by prior arrangement.
Collection by an authorised representative or professional carrier can also be arranged, subject to appropriate identification and authorisation.
